1. How does DateNight work?
Each week you’ll receive three DateNight options that have been created specifically with you and your partner’s interests and preferences in mind. You select the date of your choice and we do the rest. All you need to do is show up. We eliminate all the hassles from the dating experience.

2. What if something comes up at the last minute and we need to cancel our DateNight?
We know things comes up at the last moment and in the future, we plan to offer several options for cancelling your DateNight depending on the nature of your date. Currently, for non-refundable events, you can re-sell or give away the tickets on your own in accordance with state and local laws. In the future, we will add a feature that enables you to return your tickets to our inventory. If we are able to re-sell to other DateNight members then we will provide you with a full refund.

3. What if I don’t like the three options you provided me?
It is our goal at DateNight to make all three of the DateNight options compelling to our members. In fact, it is our hope that you will find it difficult to pick just one. However, if you don’t find any of our selections to be of interest, you can simply pass that week. You’re under no obligation to select a date. We welcome your feedback and comments on whether we hit the mark.

4. Can we invite friends to join us?
Absolutely! Our Double-DateNight service allows you to invite friends to join you on most dates we offer. After you have selected your DateNight event, you will have the opportunity to send an email to any couple you choose, inviting them to join you for that specific DateNight.

5. What’s this going to cost me?
The DateNight service is free.  Your only costs are the cost of the date itself, such as the price of tickets for an event.  We also charge a $5 handling fee per date purchased.

6. How does DateNight make money?
We make our money by negotiating special pricing with event producers and service providers.  We also charge a $5 handling fee per date purchased.

7. What happens if I need to talk with someone?
We pride ourselves on exemplary customer service. Call us during business hours (9AM-5PM EST, weekdays) or email us at TeamDateNight@ItsADateNight.com anytime. Additionally, there is always someone on call during DateNight hours to handle any unexpected issues that might arise. Please call 571-748-5524 to speak directly to a member of the customer support team.

8. How soon can I start?
Depending on when you sign up, you can receive your first DateNight options right away. You tell us when you want to hear from us.

9. Can I give a DateNight membership as a gift?
Of course! A gift membership makes a great wedding or anniversary gift for couples, or a special anniversary, birthday, holiday or Valentine’s gift for your spouse or partner. Please contact a DateNight specialist at 571-748-5524 for details.

10. Is my credit card information safe?
At DateNight we take your data security seriously. We use PayPal to protect your credit card data.
