Our Rabbi
Providing spiritual leadership to Ahavat Olam is Rabbi David Mivasair, who comes to us via the Brit Shalom congregation in State College, Pennsylvania, and the Or Shalom congregation in Vancouver.
Reb David is a progressive, open-minded rabbi with a gentle soul. He values equal rights for all, which is reflected in his commitment to furthering the beliefs he holds, such as peace in the Middle East, and the rights of gays and lesbians to marry.
